    Great article on sugar. I believe that everyone would be so much better off by kicking the refined sugar out of their lives. There is no reason not to really. You have listed so many alternative natural sweeteners to use as an alternative to sugar that I think anyone who reads this will see that.

      Our bodies need sugar for sure but that deadly refined sugar is a big no, no. I compare it to drugs as it is just as harmful and addictive. Coconut sugar I use on a daily basis and I love it plus it has health benefits so it just makes complete sense. Don’t cut things you like from your diet if you can replace them with something as tasty and that is good for you.
