      Thanks a lot for your comment, you are definitely right, health and happiness both go hand in hand, you can’t be happy if your unhealthy, and if you are unhappy then its difficult to obtain health because of lack of motivation. And I always say if you are not happy then how can you make others happy, same goes for health.

    This is a great guide. I usually use a crockpot for easy meals on busy days. However, I have rediscovered pressure cooking. It is so quick and delicious.
    You have some great tips to make it easier to cook healthy. I think cooking and then freezing for meals later is a great way to make sure we eat healthier.

      I do like to keep all my meals fresh and incorporate raw veg into my meals as cooking raw veg kills all the living cells and nutrients. I do normally freeze my left overs if I cool a stew or curry but the taste and goodness is just not the same is it? although it does make it more efficient throughout the week.
